1. Shipping Destinations

 

We ship from Israel to countries that maintain diplomatic relations with Israel. If shipping to your location is restricted or unavailable, your order will not be processed and you will be notified.

 
2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • During peak periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or Israeli national holidays.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

 

We use secure, reliable carriers with international tracking.

 

Estimated delivery times:

 

  • Israel: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–12 business days

  • USA & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Other eligible international countries: 7–21 business days (depending on customs and carrier availability)

 

Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance, local postal service delays, or unforeseen logistical issues.

 

 

4. Shipping Fees

 

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination and package weight.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly displayed on our website.

 

 

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

 

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by your country.

  • These fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

 

Refusal to pay customs fees does not qualify for a refund, unless legally required.

 

 

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to activate after dispatch.

 

 

7. Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Address

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we may charge additional shipping fees to resend the order.

  • If you choose not to have the order resent, shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

 

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

  • If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging.

 

 

9. Risk Transfer

 

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
