This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products sold under the Perfume Is a Weapon brand, including SHOOT Man and SHOOT Unisex extrait de parfum. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. No Returns on Opened or Used Products
Due to hygiene, safety, and authenticity protection, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any perfume that has been opened, unsealed, sprayed, or used in any way.
This policy is in accordance with international consumer protection laws, which exempt cosmetic and fragrance products from returns once opened.
2. Eligibility for Return (Unopened Items Only)
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The item is unused, unopened, sealed in its original packaging, and in resale condition.

Returns must be approved in writing before being shipped back. 
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, import/duty reversal costs, and insurance.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. 
- 
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable. 
4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 7–14 business days for processing. 
- 
If the product is not in original condition (opened or damaged), no refund will be issued, and the product will not be returned to you. 
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of:

The outer packaging 
- 
The shipping label 
If confirmed defective due to manufacturing or transit damage, we will offer either:

A free replacement shipment, or 
- 
A full refund (including shipping) 
Damage caused by improper storage, heat exposure, or mishandling is not covered.
6. Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries
If your order is refused at customs, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties or incorrect address, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. You may request reshipment at your expense.
7. Final Sale Items
Promotional, discounted, or limited-edition products may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
